Description
This is a custom-designed driver tool for installing dust wiper seals on bicycle suspension forks with 36mm stanchions(e.g., Fox 36, RockShox Lyrik, Zeb, Ohlins). It replaces expensive factory tools and ensures the seal is driven in evenly without damaging the delicate rubber lips or the fork lowers during maintenance.
Key Features:
- Safe Installation: The tool is designed to apply force only to the rigid outer rim of the seal, preventing deformation or damage to the internal spring and wiper lip.
- Precision Fit: With an inner diameter designed to clear the stanchion guide (approx. 35.70mm as shown), it centers the seal perfectly for a straight installation every time.
- Heavy Duty Design: Engineered for impact. The print profile is optimized with extra wall loops to withstand the force of a rubber mallet.
- Simple to Use: Just slide the seal onto the fork leg, place the tool over it, and tap it into place using a rubber hammer until the seal sits flush.
