Description

A Rugged Box for the Fanttik Rotary Tools F2 Pro & F2 Master and/or Creality Rotary Tool Kit.

 

The box is an adaptation of the "Rugged Box (Parametric)" on Printables.

The Dimensions of the provided Inlay & Inlay Test Print Profiles are based on the provided dimensions on the Fanttik web site:

F2 Pro (Big): ø1.34" > ø34.036mm - L=7.68" > 196mm
F2 Master (Small): ø0.83" > ø21.082mm - L=7.09" > 181mm

Both the Inlay & Inlay Test are parametric:
-DiaBig (34.036)
-DiaSmall (21.082)
-DepthOffsetBig (2.5)
-DepthOffsetSmall (2.0)

 

The parameters DepthOffsetBig & DepthOffsetSmall determine how far center of the rotary tools are positioned beneath the top surface of the box inlay, this in order to clamp (hold the tools in place) in the inlay.

I advice to print the Inlay Test first to check if the Rotary Tool(s) fit.
If not, change the parameters (and write them down), then print again until you are satisfied with the results, then change the parameters of the actual Inlay accordingly and print.

 

Print the Rugged Box & Accesories Box as is.
