Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 large cup holders

Just added an even larger print profile for bottles up to 80 mm in diameter

Got tired of nothing fitting in my little one's car seat cup holders so designed these larger holders to work
with more containers. These updated cupholders are designed to work with the Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 car seat (they may work with other Graco car seats but I haven't investigated them)

The new holders are designed to fit containers up to 74 mm in diameter (fit's my little one's Camelbak water bottle perfectly).

Here's the inner cup dimensions

The cup holders come in two designs, with and without an anchor hook (if your kid is like mine, I'd recommend the anchor as it makes it tricky for them to pull the holder off the seat) I recommend printing the cups in PETG or a similar rugged (heat resistant) material.

***I do not recommend printing the holders in PLA as it's very prone to warp with heat.***

 
As for the anchors, they are designed to be printed in TPU (95A softness).

To install the anchors, align them so they are in the orientation illustrated bellow. The tolerances are tight so they'll take a little bit of muscle to push through the bottom hole of the cup. While they are snug, they can still be removed, just need a bit more muscle to get them back out.

To seat the cup simply slide it into the groove on your seat and use your finger to guide the TPU anchor into the bottom cup hole on the seat. To remove the cup, just use a bit of force to pop it from the anchor hole.

I've also include “no anchor hole” cups as well in the print profile, incase you don't want or need the anchors. Just know that the cups will be much easier to take off the child seat.

Also note there are specifically a “Left” and “Right” cup, double clicking on the models in the slicer will show which is which.
