ECG Lead Separator w/Screw

I added a 6-32 screw and hex nut, and removed the side latch. The internal latch is still intact. If you have a pair of wire strippers you can easily cut them down to about ¼" and chase the threads. This prevents it from falling off in the pouch or during patient transfer. My favorite way it to slide it half way, throw the stickers on, and then coil it up. 0 issues with them being tangled. Same print profile, just added supports
