Description
model of iron mans mk1 arc reactor.
i recommend printing the clear pla model as it is stronger than the petg and it is easier to see through.
BE CARFUL WHEN REMOVING SUPPORTS.
GLUE NEEDED.
i highly recommend printing the blue part on a smooth build plate.
if you plan on downloading to change any part of it note if you have to keep the prime tower on plate body A.
use clear PETG, you could use translucent pla but i used PETG because bambu does not have a clear PLA.
IT DOES NOT GLOW LIKE IN THE PHOTOS, BECAUSE OF HOW CAMERAS WORK IT MAKES THE LIGHT BRIGHTER AND INTO ONE POINT, this could possibly be solved by making the blue part 1 extra layer thick but it will make the light dimmer.
and yes i know that PETG and PLA do not stick, but when sliced it gets sliced in a way that makes them interlocking so nothing will fall out.
when printing the blue part you can replace it with whatever color you want as that is the color it will glow, keep in mind since the light kit is a warm white the color may be a little off of what you want.
you can make without the light kit.

in the video i did forget to show me putting on the gold ring because i couldn't wait, but they just glue onto the center ring on body A>
i do plan on making a wearable version so if you would like that come back in a few moths, as i need to order another light kit for that.
