I WILL NOT DO ANY CUSTOM ADJUSTMENTS AT THIS TIME.
I receive dozens of these requests each week at this point, and I simply cannot spend all my time adjusting models that people are getting for free. If you have something you want done to a model, please message me privately and we will discuss my hourly rates. Thank you.
Recommended Settings:
NOTE: The slicing software will tell you that there are errors in the mesh of the handle. DO NOT repair the mesh, as it will create an undesirable texture on the handle. The model will print just fine without repairing.
Infill:
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT use default infill settings. THE MODEL WILL BREAK!
The 3MF file included has been given the appropriate infill. If you are printing from the STL files, increase the infill to 25% with a gyroid pattern. For the ends where the screws and fittings are, apply a modifier and increase the infill to 60%.
Support:
Support only the screws on the end of the middle piece. Optionally, support the overhang inside of the handle.
Assembly:
The set is comprised of three (3) pieces.
Each piece screws together.
Once you have tested that the pieces fit well, apply glue to the holes to stabilize the fit.
