Description

I received my cutting module this week and noticed it comes with a weeding tip but no handle.

Most other designs use the screws that come with the tip but i wanted a way to attach it to the handle without having to use tools or multiple screws!

If you like the model, please support it!

I designed this so it can easily be sliced for multi-material printing. Wether if it’s your multicolor print, or a more sophisticated combination of flexibles and rigid filaments. I thought this was a cool project to utilize the capabilities of my H2D. So if you never tried it, this is a small model to start with! I added a profile that uses PLA and TPU 90A (needs top feeding!)

When you import the handle to bambu studio, select the part and click the “P” in the top bar (split to parts)

The grips on the handle are separate objects and can be easily colored or chosen to be printed from another material than the rest of the object (TPU/PLA for example). These two materials don't bond very well - i designed the parts so they interlock with each other. This way they will not come loose even if they separate.

sorry for the bad quality but i could not take a screenshot with the dropdown menu openened.

As you've might noticed, this model is inspired by wera tools. More specifically the “Kraftform Micro” handle of their screwdrivers which i really love!

Please dont forget that you have to use the top feeding method when you use TPU 90A or lower shore hardness!
