• Plates included: 25 kg, 20 kg, 15 kg, 10 kg (engraved on single side).
• Plate dimensions: Ø 22 cm x 3 cm thick.
• Full bar length: 72 cm.
• Assembly: everything screws together, no glue required. The threading is slightly tight to ensure a strong hold (a bit of WD40 can be used for smoother screwing).
• Versatile: can be transformed into a dumbbell version for a smaller format.
• Supports required for the bar (internal supports can be tricky to remove – use small pliers)
