SMART453 Car Cup Holder A

I couldn't find a suitable phone placement in my 2016 SMART forfour (the air vents and dashboard felt awkward or too high), so I ultimately chose a magnetic phone mount that fits in the cup holder. However, this meant one less cup holder in the car, and especially when the cup was large, the remaining cup slot was too small and inconvenient

I previously tried installing a cup holder on the passenger seat rail (this design will be shared separately and should also work well for the fortwo model of SMART, or if the back seat is completely unused), but it affected children sitting in the back. Finally, I chose to use the existing mesh pocket bracket under the passenger's left foot as a fixed support to add a cup holder. After testing, it's very stable

PLA and PETG are both printable, but since car interior temperatures are high in summer, it is recommended to use high-temperature resistant materials like HT-PLA for printing. To make it stronger, I set 7 perimeters and 70% infill

Secured with two 4mm screws and nuts
