CARAMEL CRC RC Car

We are very happy to present you our fully printable RC car!

 

You can find everything about project HERE

 The files and instructions are relatively large, and it will be better for you to browse them at the project page.

 

Step by Step Assembly Guide you can download here as *.zip file that contains PDF instructions and Bils of material.

The attached 3mf files are divided according to the material from which the parts should be printed. We strongly recommend printing the first calibration test print.

3D PRINTED REAR SUSPENSION - We have designed 3D printed adjustable rear central shock absorber and lamellas

 

3D PRINTED FRONT SUSPENSION - Independent 3d printed silent blocks for left and right wheel

 

3D PRINTED TYRES - Double-layered shock-absorbing tyres

 

CRASH PROTECTION - We have front and back bumpers from flexible TPU filament for collision absorptions

 

3D PRINTED GEARED BELT DRIVE - Durable, silent. 3d printed timing belt, pulleys and rear axis system with 1:2 ratio

 

PETG REINFORCEMENT - We have tunnels for additional structural body reinforcement

 

ADJUSTABLE DRIVE HEIGHT - You can change drive height with a few turns of the wheel on central shock absorber system

 

ADJUSTABLE BELT DRIVE - Easy access and adjustable tension of belt drive

 

EASY BATTERY ACCESS - Battery and electronics accessible from the bottom of the car

 

INVISIBLE JOINTS SYSTEM - System of hidden drawers for connecting body parts in robust solid structure

 

EXTENSIONS READY - Tunnels for wiring of headlights and taillights, sound system, sensors etc.

 

NO PLASTIC MELTING - Unique bionic body design allows airflow for cooling of electronics

 

 

 

What you need:

 

1,35 kg of filament needed for all parts, PLA, PETG, ASA and TPU

Your own motor/speed controller, servo, battery and remote controller

screws and nuts

set of bearings

stock timing belt (optional) or you can print your own from TPU

 

For a faster and cooler ride we recommended a Brushless engine. But is more expensive. In our list you can find cheaper version of electronics.
