This 3D-printed tool is a custom attachment designed for use with a straight die grinder. It securely holds with an clamping screw on the grinder and guides it along the edge of steel profiles, allowing you to create clean, consistent chamfers with ease.

Two Functions Integrated:

• Function 1: Chamfering

  

  • 12 mm end mill → ~2.5 mm chamfer
  • 10 mm end mill → ~0.5 mm chamfer

• Function 2: Weld Seam Milling

  

  • use Round-head end mill
  • Adjust clamping depth for perfect hollow milling (guided)

  • Note: Not yet tested—images from first trials to follow.
