Systainer with small parts or hardware containers
Print Profile(1)

Description
After 3 days of designing a parametric Systainer, I present the new parametric Systainer for small parts or hardware
I tried to reproduce everything in detail, and the latch works perfectly
The Systainer measures 195x145x66mm and has removable containers inside, approximately 47mm by 60mm tall
The lid was designed so there is no space between the removable containers and the lid, ensuring that if the Systainer is overturned, the small parts or hardware do not mix
Honestly, I tried to create a solid box built to last with removable containers for greater convenience because I couldn't find a box on Maker World that printed with little material but was also solidly constructed, easy to close, and good-looking
To assemble the lid, simply push the 2 pins into their hinge slots, paying careful attention to their orientation, as they have a specific direction. The chamfer on the pin must align with the chamfer on the Systainer; usually, to avoid stressing the pin structure, I place them in position, then, holding the Systainer, I press the pin against a wall or solid surface, and by gently pushing the Systainer, the pins immediately go into place
Regarding the Tloc (rotating front latch), you need to push the pin into the designated hole on the front until it reaches the end; here too, the tolerances are minimal to prevent excessive play between the parts, so it might be slightly difficult, but don't worry, to insert it, rotate it gently but with constant pressure until it is fully inserted
As mentioned above, the tolerances are minimal, and once assembled, it may feel a bit stiff; even opening it might seem difficult, but after about ten open/close cycles, everything will settle in perfectly, and the smoothness will be ideal
