Description
Finally, the carburetor gets more air! The best alternative to products from expensive manufacturer-XY.
This file includes the following:
- Templates for the air filter extension
- Template for the heart box extension/air intake
- Air filter extension Top and Left
- Air intake heart box
- Air intake extension battery side area
The templates are printed with PLA and the “air intake” template is adjusted to the shape of the heart box with a hairdryer.
The templates are scribed around the heart box with a knife or a scribing needle. (Presumably, it also works with a marker/pen)
After marking, everything is worked out and deburred with a milling cutter and/or a Dremel. The components can also have a small amount of play; they will not fall out.
The cutouts are adjusted until all parts fit perfectly loosely.

The file has been revised. Higher scaling is no longer necessary. The inserts now have more play. Thanks to all suggestions for improvement

For the interior, a 1cm thick air filter mat is required; it must be flexible as there is a central web in the components.
