Description

This replacement wheel is universal replacement wheel for robot vacuums, based on my previous “Roborock S7 design”.

Unlike the previous version, this wheel doesn’t require ball bearings and fits many different models.

This is a universal replacement rubber wheel for robot vacuums, based on my previous Roborock S7 design. Unlike the old version, it doesn’t require any ball bearings and can be used on many more models.

The wheel itself is made from PETG for the hubs and TPU for the tire. I have used coloFabb Varioshore TPU black for the wheel.

The bearing uses two PTFE tubes with a 6 mm inner diameter and 4 mm outer diameter. These need to be cut down to 4 mm in length and can be replaced easily when worn.

You can use the metal axle from your robot vacuum or a 29 mm by 4 mm axle.

This design is easy to disassemble, making switching worn out TPU wheels or PTFE tubes easy.
