Description

Introducing the last T300 RS-GT (T3PA) Clutch Pedal Mod youll ever need!

Sick of getting no real-feeling throw from your cheap clutch pedal that comes with the T300 RS-GT? Here is the cheap and easy solution!

What you get:

-a pretty realistic feeling clutch without any complicated assembly

-a variety of different stiffnesses and throw lengths

-a cheap and easy solution

What you need:

-PLA (PLA Plus/ Tough recomended), PETG, or similar

-TPU (90A recomended, 95A will give you a stiffer clutch)

-2 self tapping or wood screws (see last picture for the ones i used)

-Double sided tape (Alien tape or similar recomended)

-a lighter or similar heat source

-(optional grease to stop squeaking)

Thats it!

To assemble heat the adapter that goes on the back of the pedal and bend it slightly to match the curvature of the Pedal. Then stick it to the back of the pedal with the double sided tape. Apply grease to the round part of the pedal adapter and on the inside of the linear body. Take the Main Part and push it all the way to the back of the pedal box. Use the small clamp and 2 screws to secure it to the Pedal Box. Now slide the Rail through the Main linear body making sure the rounded side faces the pedal. Now Install either your chosen TPU elastic band or the rubber band adapters to provide the intended stiffness.

The assembly is pretty straight forward so i dont think there will be a need for an in depth Tutorial. In case you have trouble feel free to leave a comment or message me!

I have been testing this model for well over 4 months now and its way better than the original. I wont ever go back! The only issue i had was that it started sqeaking after about 1 month. Some grease fixed it right away!

The design process took about 2 spools of filament and roughly 2 months so in case you end up using this on your T300 a boost and follow would be greatly appreciated!

Like always hope you enjoy!
