Description
Replacement drive rollers for the Cricut Maker 1/2/3.
The original drive rollers wear out very quickly, which significantly disrupts or completely stops the material transport of the Maker.
Therefore, I designed these rollers, printed them from TPU 95A, and installed them. They have been running in our Cricut Makers for over 1.5 years without any problems and showed no signs of wear.
The installation of the rollers can be done with some manual skill within a good hour; tutorials for this can be found in all languages on YouTube.
TIP:
The rollers fit very tightly on the drive shaft! If they are soaked in hot water beforehand, they will expand and be much easier to mount.
TPU 95A drive rollers offer:
- Longer lifespan than the original rollers
- Improved grip and precise feed
- affordable replacement part, instead of a completely new plotter
