Power Rangers S.P.D. Megazord Toy Sword Handle Replacement

A replacement sword for the Power Rangers SPD, Delta Squad Megazord toy. Designed to match the original. Perfect if your old one is missing or broken.

I printed mine in red since I ran out of white filament, but to match the original I recommend using white, grey, and black (as shown in the included 3MF file).

Materials:

• You can print this without needing an AMS system. 

• You will need a bit of glue and 1 m3x14mm bolt with nut for the hinge. 

• I also have tested this extensively in PETG and would recommend using PETG especially for the hinge parts. 

• PLA should be fine but let me know if there are any issues with clearances or tolerances and I can take a look.

Assembly

1. Insert dowels into the sword holder piece.

    

   

    

2. Insert the bolt into one end of the exhaust hinges (it’s a tight fit by design, but you can lightly file it if needed).

    

3. Thread it through the handle and out the other side.

    

   

    

4. Make sure any areas that had supports are cleaned up so the hinge moves smoothly.
