Description

Summary

It is time for another plant:

Inspired by the interdigital webbing of animals like frogs and even human embryos I present to you: The Webbing Tree.

These trees will grow almost everywhere. The green one I painted probably likes wet areas but I'm sure that a desert version (or a Christmas setting) would work just as well. Let's see some makes! ;-)

Hope you like it. Have fun!

Btw: Like my last few models, this one also features a hole on the bottom. This can come in handy when painting the plant. This way it can be turned into a plant on a stick which makes holding it a lot easier. (Check out the photos or 3d-view for details.)
One last thing: It prints nicely without support.

If you print this one, feel free to post a make - I'd really like to see how it works out for you.

How I Designed This

Designed in Blender, heavily using the skin modifier, sculpting and Blender 2.81's wonderful new voxel remesher.

If you like the models, please consider giving them a like or leaving a comment/make - or even uploading a print profile so others can easily find and print them too. Thanks! That really helps a lot. :-)
