Caramel Apple Pass Through Fidget

This Caramel Apple Pass Through Fidget is a fun fall twist on my Apple Pass Through Fidget 🍎

Layer Height 0.2mm

PLA works great

15% Infill 

Supports needed for 'caramel' piece (I oriented in on it's side to get a smoother finish and no ‘stepped’ layer lines on the top curved surface of the caramel but you can orientate it however you would like:)

Dimensions of Caramel Apple assembled: 3 1/3 in. x 2 1/2 in. 

I’ve included a 3mf file for multi-color printers with the following print profiles:

Print Plate #1 (Apple body):  one color

Print Plate #2 (Apple core): two colors

Print Plate #3 (Caramel topping): one color, supports added

Print Plate #4 (Popsicle Stick): one color

If you are not using a multi-color print, you can print the apple core in multiple colors by doing the following:

1. Begin the print with red (or green) filament and pause at layer 15 (layer height 3mm) to switch the filament color to white
2. Print in white from layers 15-225 (layer height 3mm - 45mm)
3. Pause at layer 225 (layer height 45mm) and change the filament back to red (or green) for the remainder of the print
