Printable Bambu Spool – Refillable Filament Reel

This model was improved based on the following reference design:

Improvements made:

• Changed to a screw-type design for easier assembly
• Added a filament feed hole to guide the filament at the start of winding
• Enlarged the honeycomb structure to reduce overall weight

In Version 2, the honeycomb structure was removed and the wall thickness was increased to improve strength.

If you have ideas or examples of even better spool designs, I would greatly appreciate your feedback.

For the Version 2 spool model, the dimensions were revised to support Bambu Lab refill filament only.
The design was also refined; while it became slightly heavier, the overall strength has been improved.

• Make a shorter / more casual version
• Adjust wording to be more technical or more community-friendly
• Optimize it further for MakerWorld visibility (keywords, structure)
