Description

Structura is a compact desktop drawer system designed for both style and function. Featuring one large bottom drawer and two smaller top drawers, it combines 3D-printed construction with precision laser-cut faces for a modern, crafted look. While 3D printed alternatives are also available along side a smaller version meant for the X1C size printers.

Assembly:

There is a small amount of assembly needed for this drawer. First we need to attach the seam cover to the inner face of the box using 2, M2.6x8 SHCS Self-Tapping screws.

 

Using M3x10 SHCS Self tapping screws, attach the handle to the drawer. The screw will go from the inside of the drawer, through your drawer face panel, and into the handle. The self tapping screw only threads through the drawer, and handle. It does not make threads on the drawer face and should just easily slide through this piece. The bottom Drawer uses the larger handle while the top drawers use the smaller handles.

 

Finally, place the drawer bottom inter into the drawers. This is only for the H2D larger scale models, skip if you are doing the small sized X1C box. The reason behind it is to prevent the drawer from warping during the long flat bottom plate ensuring dimensional accuracy as well as saving a lot of mater and print time by laser cutting this bottom piece out.
