Lexus LS400 Airtekk Controller Mount

I designed this for a friend. It has a swivel version as well as 45 & 30 degree flush mount.

I've included a low-profile mount for both the swivel half and the magnet ring. These can be mixed and matched to fit your needs.

The design is easy. It uses a ring that allows it to grab the mount via a press fit, and then 9 magnets on each side to hold it in place.

After a bumpy road test, we saw that almost no matter of road force will cause the mount to separate from the tray.

For the swivel mount, it requires a single M3x16 screw and a nut. 

Otherwise just 18 magnets. 

The mount is attached to the dash panel using 3M 15 pound tape.
