Description

----2026.4.29 Added Stiffener with Greater Tolerance. I recommend to use it only when the standard stiffener cannot be inserted.

----2025.9.9 Added 3 sizes of Wall Mount. Each requires at least three M3.5 15mm screws for wall fixation. The screw heads need to protrude about 5mm from the wall surface for hanging. All three sizes use the same screws. Plate2 is a thin positioning piece.

----2025.8.31 Added 55% Size profile for A1mini, the tolerance and the hole position of the stiffener is different with the other two.

----2025.8.29 Congratulations to Ender916 for being the world‘s first!

In MakerWorld, there is a ghostly Dark Knight.
No one knows his origins, no one has ever seen his face. Only the mysterious creations left under the cover of night serve as proof of his existence. When night falls and he gallops past, the sound of iron hooves echoes with a haunting cry—"Sarwtiiiiin."

Yet, he has been silent for far too long.
Some say he ventured alone to challenge the Overlord who rules this world, and failed. Others whisper that he was devoured by the Overlord, utterly destroyed...

Now, at the site of their legendary battle, you discover the truth—
A crimson longsword, still burning with fury, and a shattered, blood-stained suit of obsidian armor.

It seems the Dark Knight’s fate has come to an end. These are the final creations he left behind.

But the story of MakerWorld has only just begun.

This world needs more heroes.

Warrior, take up these artifacts. Carry forth the will of the Dark Knight, and face the all-devouring Overlord of MakerWorld⚔️!

The above is nonsense. This is the first work of my new series ——「MakerWorld Heroes」. This series aims to create unique props and equipment for those heroes both in front of and behind the scenes of MakerWorld.

This time, the protagonist is Sarwtin, who spends half his time wearing this set, saying that it is more low-key.

This post is the sword: Crimson Shadow; the armor is here: Shadow-Forged

  • The full size is about 127cm long, only supports the H2 series.
  • The 76% scale version is about 98cm long, supports A1 and above.

About Print Profile:

  • The default is a single-piece handle printed vertically (with the prime tower disabled), the other option is a split-handle printed horizontally (with the prime tower enabled), which is more stronger.
  • The height of the red blade piece on plate 2 is 325 mm. So H2D must use the right hot end (The limit of the right one is 325 mm, and the left is 320 mm).
  • All pieces have passed the non-glued plate test. However, it is recommended to glue the plate to increase stability, as the printing time is quite long.
  • All profiles are pre-supported and can be printed directly.
  • Both PLA and PETG can be finished with no significant difference, but PETG is recommended for durability considerations.

About Assembly:

  • See attached assembly guide for installation sequence, no screw or glue needed in default.
  • If you want to swing the full-size sword vigorously with the one piece handle, it is recommended to use soft glue (such as UHU) to bond the stiffener and connectors, which can significantly increase the strength.
