Description
This project is a custom sword inspired by Sauron’s weapon from The Rings of Power, reimagined with a Sith aesthetic.
The design merges the dark, spiked fantasy look of Middle-earth with the glowing style of a Star Wars lightsaber.
The hilt and guard are based on the Sauron replica but were adapted to hold a purchased lightsaber hilt inside. The blade was 3D printed using transparent PLA to let the light pass through, creating a dramatic illuminated effect.
It’s not yet perfectly refined, but the model was made to be modular—easy to adjust or customize for different lightsabers. This makes it a flexible base for cosplay, display, or further creative projects

Printed at 0.16mm layer height, 200mm/s speed, using PLA with organic supports, on an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max printer
