Purge Chute Liner (Purge Chute) – H2D
Print Profile(1)

Description
This practical PETG liner is designed for the filament purge chute of the Bambu Lab H2D, also known as the “poop chute” or commonly “Poop chute”. It helps reduce the adhesion of hot filament fragments, allowing them to slide down without jamming.
Important note: There are 2 versions, one universal and one designed and modeled to fit the purge chute made by user CUBEIFY → Original chute model: H2D Poop Chute by CUBEIFY : https://makerworld.com/it/models/1265042-h2d-poop-chute#profileId-1290572
Universal rectangular version: can be easily cut to fit any chute, even without having to print a new chute.
NOTE: If you want a more durable chute, you can scale the file in Z to make it 0.4mm high instead of 0.2mm, but I have found that it is not necessary.
Key Features:
- Made of PETG: more heat resistant and smoother than PLA+, significantly reduces residue adhesion.
- Minimum consumption: less than 3g of filament, perfect for a micro modification without waste.
- Double option:
- Custom-made liner for CUBEIFY's chute.
- Universal rectangular version to cut as desired.
- Simple application: easily glues onto the original chute with thin double-sided tape (e.g., 3M type).
- Optimized smoothness: to maximize sliding, a light layer of Teflon grease can be applied (optional, but recommended).
- Easy replacement in case of wear.
Quick Instructions
- Clean the original chute with alcohol before application.
- Print the PETG liner.
- Use the dedicated version if you have CUBEIFY's chute.
- Use the rectangular version and cut it if you want to adapt it to your custom chute.
- Apply 2 pieces of thin double-sided tape to the back of the liner.
- Glue it precisely onto the original chute.
- Apply a thin layer of Teflon grease to the surface with a tissue.
Advantages
- Low-cost and eco-friendly solution: minimal material usage.
- Flexible: choose the dedicated or universal version to adapt.
- Easily reversible and upgradable.
- Discreet aesthetic: PETG can be chosen in a neutral color or one that matches the printer.
Accessible even to those without modification experience: just glue it on!
