Model description:
A unique 3D printed trophy with a rotating tire thanks to a 608 bearing. The total height of the model is 25 cm. The model is divided into 9 parts + 4 connectors for the main body, making printing and assembly easier without excessive supports.
Thanks to the integrated bearing, the wheel is fully rotatable and looks realistic. The front plate can be customized with your own text (e.g., name, event, year).

🔩 Required hardware
- 1× 608 bearing
- 4× M3×6 screw (pan head) → mounting the text front plate
- 2× M3×12 screw (cylindrical head) → fixing the brake caliper from the back
- 5× M3×14 screw (cylindrical head) → connecting the wheel, brake caliper and bearing holder
⚙️ Assembly notes
- First, place the brake caliper loosely on the brake disc.
- Then attach the disc to the rim.
- The caliper should only be fastened after the wheel is mounted on the 608 bearing.

- Height: 25 cm

- Recommended filament: PLA / PETG (for higher strength)
- Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
- Tip: For the front text plate, it is best to print with a 0.2 mm nozzle to ensure fine detail readability. Some fonts may require it, otherwise the text may not be properly visible.
