m.2 2230 to 2242 extender

Description
Update 23 Jan 26: Created a wider version v1.1, from 5mm to 8mm, for easier handling.
Only 0.2grams of filament!
So far, my only problem has been that there is no 2230 size mount on most devices, and all devices I want to mount a 2230 to have a 2242 mounting position.
Yes, there are other designs out there, but I have not found one that has the extended end that is the same as the original hole profile and thickness. (Different devices have different mounting solutions.)
Let me know if there are other length challenges, and I'll be happy to do that length for you.
