Thanks for your feedback! 🙂 The fit can vary depending on the atomizer since tolerances aren’t always the same. You can try scaling the model up slightly (about +1 or +2%) for a tighter fit. Hope this helps! 👍

Bumped rating up a star. You really do want a tighter fit on there or it allows old juice to build up quickly. 810 is a standard size, 12.5mm, so you might wanna do that in general. A loose fit necessitates an O-Ring, so just adding a groove for one would also fix it. Most vape tanks come with a bag full of assorted o-rings, so most vapers should have one with approximate size. That said, I have no idea how to do any of that, so I respect the work to make it. Thanks for responding.

Thanks a lot for updating the rating 🙏 I really appreciate it! Personally, all of my original 810 drip tips don’t have an O-ring — the seal is usually in the atomizer itself, that’s why I didn’t add a groove. The model is designed at 12.6 mm diameter, but of course it depends on the printer. For example, on my H2D it comes out almost 12.7 mm. 😉

Before attacking, it’s better to know what you’re talking about… This is PETG food-grade with a hardened steel H2D nozzle. But thanks for worrying about my health 😉

this prevents microplastics how? At least the PETG you inhale is food-grade or whats your point?

No one said this “prevents microplastics”. It’s simply food-grade PETG, printed properly with the right setup. That’s all there is to it 👍
