Quest 3 Elite Strap Powerbank Mount (TPU Bands)

Meta Quest 3 Powerbank mount for Elite Strap

I really wanted to have an extended battery life for my Meta Quest 3 without having to get the more expensive battery pack elite strap and be able to use any size powerbank.

So I designed this model that is made up of 4 pieces, all 3D-printed with no external pieces. It's composed of two elastic TPU bands that wrap around the end of the headset and two slots that hold the powerbank in place.

Plastic required

• TPU for AMS (or any stretchy enough plastic)
• PLA/PETG for powerbank holder

Powerbanks supported

• Samsung
• Slim powerbanks
• Any design that is compatible with the two band mount knobs

INFO: The TPU straps/bands are modular, you can design any different mount for different powerbanks.

For my case, in the bands that mount on the headset, you need to use the 3rd hole!

Having issues with stretching the bands?

Gently heat up the TPU band using a lighter and than immediately stretch it. You can do the same if you are having issues inserting knob into the two mount pieces that hold the actual powerbank.
