Judith's spear Brionac, from Tales of Vesperia.
I've designed every part to be as easy to print and assemble as possible.
I've also designed a peg interlock system. There are 2 sizes just in case one of them is too tight or too loose. Every part is designed with keys for these pegs and they should hopefully snap together with a satisfying click.
Each connecting part has been designed with standard 3D printing tolerances in mind based on my own experience. Every part can fit on a 230x230 build plate and you can fit multiple parts per plate depending on orientation.
You can use a ~5'long, .75" diameter dowel for the handle.
Every part needs to be printed once, except for the pegs, which you can print as many as you need.
