Description

A 190mm blade shaped bicycle spoke wheel reflector that clips onto a ~1.8mm bicycle spoke.  Designed to maximise the relective surface area while still being aerodynamic and looking as good as possible.

Requirements

9 or 10mm reflective tape (My tape was labeled as 10mm but was really 9mm so thats what the images and testing are based on).

Rotatory cutter or sharp blade.

Printing Details

No support is needed.

Printed in PETG but ASA would most likely be best if your bike is i nther sun a lot. I would avoid PLA for the clips .

Print 1 of each side, laying flat on the bed.

Print 6 Clips are printed standing upright for maxiimum strenght.

Instructions

Cut two pieces of tape to about 200m in lenth , use the template to cut the point into 1 end of the tape .

Install the tape on both sides , starting from the point.

Place both sides of he blade on a spoke and install the 6 clips. They can take abit of force to install. You can rotate the blade to make it easier.

If you would like a different lenght let me know.
