Description

I designed this case because most existing Pwnagotchi/Björn cases make basic use frustrating: you have to pull out the SD card just to insert the Pi, and the GPIO button is nearly impossible to press without a toothpick. Some models try to fix this with extra switches or buttons, but those always felt clunky. This design solves those problems with a focus on accessibility and real-world usability.

  • No SD card hassle – The case allows you to insert or remove the Raspberry Pi without touching the SD card.
  • Direct GPIO access – A proper cutout makes the GPIO button easy to reach, no tools required.

Other key features:

  • Made for Pi Zero 2 + Waveshare V4 + PiSugar 2 – Also compatible with Pi Zero variations paired with a Waveshare HAT. (Note: this case will not fit Slimagotchi builds.)
  • Paracord lanyard loop – Positioned on the SD card end to reduce the risk of the sd card falling out.
  • Full port access – Every port remains open and usable while the device is in the case.
  • Status LED windows – Two aligned holes display the charge and power lights at a glance.
  • Ventilated lid – Keeps airflow moving during longer sessions.
  • Customizable lanyard finish – Use your favorite end cap, bead, or just tie a knot (the pictured toggle isn’t included).
  • Assembly tip – A little super glue around the lid edges will keep everything snug and secure.

Built for makers, hackers, and researchers who want a case that’s sturdy, functional, and doesn’t get in the way of using their device.
