Husqvarna Automower 6 blade cutting disc 430x

6-blade cutting disc for Husqvarna Automower 420 430x 440 450x up from 2020.

So since i had a “cutting disc is unbalanced” message, with a 7 blade cuttingdisc for my 430x, I decided to design one myself with 6 blades. the first version was with 4mm holes which I had to drill to get them to fit my copper inserts. In version 2, I redesigned the holes to be 5.5mm.

I also installed new blades, and bairings (6800zz) while I was at it, and no more unbalanced messages.
 

It will fit besides the Husqvarna Automower 430x also the 420, 440 and 450x. 

STEP 1 - printing

I printed in PETG, with a 100% infill

STEP 2 - Drilling the 4mm holes to 5.5mm
In version 2 this is not necessary anymore, i redesigned the file with 5.5mm holes

STEP 3 - inserting the m4 copper bushings

I got these, but there are plenty of others that will fit, as long they are M4, they eill fit the original Husqvarna blade screws. I used my gasheated Dremel soldering tool to insert the bushings

STEP 5 - screwing the blades on

 Next I screwed the blades on and used some loctite 2701 to fix them.

STEP 6 -Installing the disc

Install the disc back.
