Description

This aligment jig is based on my previous aligment tool, but for the two less common lengths found with Nexus 5 and Alfine 11 hubs.

The text on parts has been added in the slicer, so the STL files will not have it.

When tightening down the nuts on either side I recommend having a pinch bolt in between the nuts so that they align up better. The tolerances on this tool are quite tight on purpose, so you may need a little fettling to get everything to go together.

Hardware needed to finish of this tool:
4x M6x12 bolts, hex or torx head recommended, head diameter 10 mm maximum
4x M6 nuts

The reason this tool requires metal parts that can be replaced, is it's designed to be used in an actual bike repair shop where you need tools to last.
