Today I have a washer for fruits, vegetables, and other produce for you

I present the F-r-u-i-t-W-a-s-h-3-D

The project actually started as a side project for fun. There are already a few models here on MakerWorld, but none really appealed to me. So, I made my own!!! I printed the washer with PLA, but any other filament should also work Profile 1 contains the regular bowl - printed in a single color Profile 2 contains a regular bowl with Fuzzy-Skin elements

Print Plate 1 - single color
Print Plate 2 - two colors (differently colored layers, 4 color changes)

Profile 3 contains a regular version in XL - here a powerful water jet is required ;-) Note for H2D users: You will get a particularly cool result with Profile 2 and the first print plate. Simply print the 'FuzzyMod' modifier there with a different color!

This ensures that the inside remains a single color and only the outside is printed in a different color. Theoretically, you can also achieve this with another printer and AMS. You just have to account for a lot of filament changes (226!) Have fun with it!

Love it! I printed it in PetG and made a fitting draining tray so you can eat the fruit right from the bowl and any excess water can drip on the tray to keep your table dry. If you want I can upload the stl.

Fantastic. The tip about coloring after slicing was worth its weight in gold. I changed the filament approximately every 30 layers. Printed with the original settings on a P2S (with AMS 2 PRO) with Bambu Lab PETG translucent clear and Bambu Lab PETG translucent orange
