A robust and flexible bicycle basket for children's bikes. Thanks to the teardrop-shaped hole structure, it can be printed easily and without support. Features a flexible mount for various handlebar distances and stable attachment using M3 screws.

🔹 Detailed Description

This 3D-printed bicycle basket was specially designed for children's bikes.
The shape is 12 × 10 cm at the top and 8 × 10 cm at the bottom, with the front tapering slightly.

The teardrop-shaped openings are not only visually appealing but also allow for printing without supports.

Attachment is done via sturdy clamp brackets with an inner diameter of 24.3 mm. For mounting:

• M3 heat-set inserts are placed into the clamps.
• Then the basket is secured with M3 screws.
• Multiple rows of holes on the basket allow for flexible adjustment of the clamp spacing (32, 42, 52 or 62 mm).
• For final fixation to the handlebar, an M3 lock nut is inserted into the clamps.

👉 Tip: When sliding the clamps onto the handlebar bend, it may be necessary to gently heat them to prevent damage from bending them open.

Recommended Material

• ASA: functional, but not sufficiently break-resistant in case of falls
• TPU Hard (e.g. Extrudr): very stable, flexible and almost indestructible – ideal for children's bikes

• Slicer settings: Standard profile
• Wall lines: 2
• Infill: 15 %
• Support: not required
