I've used this model to create a bunch of boxes for various needs. It works SO great for everything. Pictured here: box for fan and Apple TV remote controls, a box to hold hydration drink packets, a box to hold a couple pairs of glasses, and another one (slightly modified in Blender) to hold a variety of screw and fasteners. Absolutely fantastic work. Thank you for sharing this!

How do you print the logo on the top?

It's actually not that hard. In BambuStudio, select the object you want to put a logo on, right-click, and choose Add Modifier → SVG. Select the SVG you want to use (it should be a single color), then resize it and place it where you want on the object. The SVG will show up as a yellow color on the object. Right click on the SVG, and choose Change Filament, and select the color you want to use. Obviously, you will need an AMS or AMS lite for this.

Love it - made 4 so far. 2 suggested updates: (1) add customization to the 'locking nub' size - I'm printing relative short boxes, and find it's very tough to get the lid to start locking. I've gone in and shaved the nub down with a flat-head screwdriver to ease it a bit. (2) options for magnet holes on lid or base (and choice on grid # (rows, columns) and size (assume circular, diameter and height).

Just curious — what’s the main purpose you have in mind for adding magnets? Lid retention, alignment, or mounting?

Sorry - you can't read my mind? Mounting. Lid retention is great, alignment is working fine, I'd like to have 4 or 6 magnets in a grid across the lid or base to be able to mount it onto something (fridge, etc.). Here's one I did in Bambu Studio manually - just a slight pain getting them spaced & aligned nicely.

This model is fantastic. So easy to customize. I modified it to hold sewing machine needles, writing the needle type on the lid and in the compartments. The 'click' when closing is wonderful

Your work is amazing! I really like how it works. Tolerance is optimal, design is beautiful, and I like how it clicked when closed )) I've added it to my collections already and will print again with different sizes. Printed with Gray Bambu Lab PETG HF

These sliding boxes are more than practical. I have already printed several versions of them. For cotton swabs, dental floss etc. The fact that this version is customizable has given me the opportunity to properly store my spare brake pads for my bike
