Description

I spent a long time searching for the perfect ready-made model for my filament shelf.
I browsed countless designs online, but none of them matched exactly what I wanted — they were either too small, too weak, or too complicated to build.
So, I decided to create my own.

This 3D-printed and wooden filament shelf is designed for easy assembly and customization.
To create two levels, you only need two standard 180 cm broom handles (diameter 24 mm).
You can freely add more levels upward to expand your storage as needed.
 

After many hours of measuring, testing, and improving, I designed a shelf that is simple, sturdy, and expandable.
Now I can proudly say — this is the shelf I always wanted, and I truly believe it’s the best one out there.

Original model whichI reference as remixed was inspiration about measures and major sizes, but I decide to circular shapes instead of rectangles from original :)

was exactly what I was looking for Unfortunately in a German hardware store like Bauhaus a 24 mm broomstick is sometimes only 22 mm thick 🙄 And also "only" 1.4 m long I then made the ends thicker with tape so they fit well

what is the height of the upright pieces? I want to make sure I have enough dowel rod to work with.

How do you go higher the brackets don’t have pockets to add more layers.

There are 2 files in the compressed file. One is the end or start piece and the extension piece, which was used as a start piece in the picture below. You can make as many levels as your space allows
