the wayfinder is an Icelandic magical stave rune coming from the Huld manuscript , it says in the manuscript that "if this sign is carried, one will never lose one's way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known" (this charm is no substitute for modern technology and does not give license to take stupid risks. I do not take responsibility for anything bad happening while you or anyone else is wearing the charm. always prepare for bad weather and tell people where you are going.)
