Description
VERSION 2.0 of my Thanos bust.
BOTH WEIGHTED AND NON-WEIGHTED STLS AVAILABLE ABOVE
Changes:
- NO MORE SUPPORTS NEEDED FOR HIS GIANT CHIN!
adjusted the angle of the bust to eliminate the need for any supports
- Removed baseplate - takes up less desk space
- Adjusted eyes
- Added a ballast in the base that can be filled with pennies to weigh it down (Thanks Y6!)
- My print weighs almost 1200g when filled with 320 pennies
Printing Notes:
- Consider using my print profile as there are a bunch of tweaks to get this to print well while also looking great.
There are supports needed for the weighted area. It took me about 5 minutes with some patience to carefully remove them all with a pair of needle nose pliers and a small flat head screwdriver.
