Description

I wanted to replace the original "steering wheel" of my Sanwa controller and just designed my own. There are multiple versions:

- "...knurled" files are for a 1 piece wheel

- the "...OuterDiamGroove" files are for a 2 piece design that consists of the "inner wheel"/ rim and on outer part.

I finally decided to use the 2 piece version with a separately purchased foam ring as you can find many on aliexpress etc. Alternatively you can print the ...Grip file (TPU or similar for good grip recommended), which I didn't test on my own.

Simplest version is the knurled 1 piece version which I also liked.

Print instructions

Use PLA or other rather stiff materials for the inner part, support recommended for the inner structure where the screw goes in. Use softer material for the Grip part if you want to make the 2 piece version.

As I don't own a bambulab printer, I only tested it on a Creality K1C where it came out pretty fine
