38mm Hemisphere Mold

The model was created as a test to see if molds for plaster, for example, could be easily produced with a 3D printer. They can :)

With this mold, four 38mm half-spheres can be cast. It worked immediately and without problems. Releasing them also worked, although you have to tap a bit. I recommend applying a release layer, for example, of soap before pouring in plaster.

The model has an edge, the area in between is 40mm to allow material to be scraped off with a spatula.

Perhaps the model will be of some use to someone - we will paint the half-spheres colorfully with watercolor. I would be happy about a boost in this case :)
