Description
Floating Center Caps 56mm for BMW wheels
New model - 68mm for BMW - Now available!
What you need to assemble:
- 4x BMW 56mm Caps,
- 4x 608-2RS bearings,
- 12x lead weights (8x5mm or 10x5mm) I recommend 8x5mm because it is easier to insert into the wheel, without break the plastic clips.
- Glue (T7000),

Something new!
- I added a washer (lollipop) for support while gluing and putting the lid in place.
- I added 8x5mm lead weights because it is easier to insert into the wheel, without break the plastic clips.
How do you remove the glued cap from the original plastic holder?
You need to inject IPA under the metal cap and heat it with a mini torch on the plastic side. Do not heat the metal badge directly, as this may damage it. Try prying the metal badge off with a thin, plastic tool. Stick it Badge on T7000 glue and leave for 24 hours for the glue to fully harden.
Please note that some bearings fit better than others, while others may have a slight play. This isn't my fault, the bearing diameter simply needs to be 8mm, no more and no less, If you have play on the pendulum axle, coat it with glue and put it on the bearing, this should eliminate the play problems.
