The attachment seals completely even with the strainer inserted
Please check your drain's dimensions:
Model dimensions:
Outer radius: 42mm
Inner radius: 16.4mm (fits, when measured at 16mm)
Deviations in your drain's height may result in the stopper no longer sealing
