Description

Needed a box for a Powersupply for my CNC, and i ended up modelling one up. It fits a standard Meanwell style switchmode psu of 215mm x 115mm x 50mm. Usually the cheap chinese PSU's are a little smaller on the actual measurements, so there are 4 mounting holes for M4 screws to suspend the powersupply and allow air to circulate around it.

Lid just slides into a dovetail to make it easy to print.

There are 4 outlets, and printable plugs - the plugs will fit M16x1.5 when  you print them due to the plate settings. The M16 wire strain relief i used are M16x1.5 and i did need to run a tap thorugh the printed threading to make it work properly.

Included is also a model with 4 non threaded 16mm outlets, so there can boe mounted connectors or  something else.

I hope you like the model. it took me quite a few revisions to get it to this point - please let me know if there is anything that needs addressing.

Included is a PETG print profile and a ASA print profile. I figured ASA was safest for temperature resistance.

Printed on my  P1S.
