Description
Required parts:

I have an Ikea SÖDERHAMN two seater couch that had legs that were a bit to shaky for my liking.

After taking off the leg, I figured out it was the T-nut that was the cause. I tried to “stick” it with some epoxy putty, but that didnt work.

So I tried to print a solution.
I had a couple of spare threaded screws I had picked up from IKEA previously and decided to try out a few things.
The old threaded pin on the leg is a 45mm long, I switched it out for 75mm long pin (60mm would also work).

Decided that something needed to apply pressure to the wood, so I printed a washer that would go around the T-nut and apply the pressure from the nut to the wood. It works a treat!
