TE37 wheel and brake car vent aroma difuser

• Modify the original 3MF so that you can directly use A1 to print
• Add a new 3MF with A1 mini compatiable
• Again, recommend using PETG-HF or better heat resistent material if you want to put on your dash. 

Welcome to this wheel and brake car vent diffuser. It includes the details of caliper, rim (replica of TE37), rotor, tire and diffuser holder, the whole assembly doesnt need any hardware.. It's a perfect decor to hold the freshener or coffee beans (what i put in) and make you car inside fresh. My original plan was to make the rotor rotatable but after printing two propeller diffusers, the noise coming from the spinning blades was very annoying. So i end up with a stationary diffuser. 

The whole model is very straightforward, NO SUPPORT NO HARDWARE 

Assembly:

• Put the caliper on the rotor
• Press the rotor assembly with rim. This may need some force and please make sure press the center of the rotor
• Press above assembly into the tire and also make sure press the center of the rotor
• Put the freshener or coffee beans inside the holder and thread in.

Print tips:

• i use PLA because; run out PETG-HF and my area temp is low, recently about 20C, lets see how long it will last. BBBBBut I highly recommend use PETG-HF or ABS/ASA since it's for vehicle interior use and temp could be very high during summer.  PETG-HF should be almost as easy as PLA to print and will be easier to assemble. i never tried ASA/ABS before…..
• 0.16/0.2mm, 10%/15% infill all works.
• i model two clips in the second plate. Both work for me and see which one fits better for you.

Summary:

If you want other rims post the comments. In the future i may add center cap with logo, too.
