Osprey Ultimate Direction Water Bladder Bottle Cap

These models are designed to work with the bite valves that Osprey and Ultimate Direction use with their soft flasks and water bladders / reservoirs. The cap is printed in PLA, and the lanyards are printed in TPU.  Simply thread the lanyard through the slot on the side of the cap, then put one end of the lanyard through the opening on the other end of the lanyard. I tested with Osprey and Ultimate Direction brands, should also work with Nathan but I did not test that. 

The cap has four extrusions on the inside that “lock” the cap in place in the bite valve.  The extruded ring near the end of the cap centers the cap on the bite valve which reduces the movement and the chance that it will come unseated. 

The lanyard with the large circular end is designed to fit the soft flasks around the neck of the flask. 

The lanyard with the two smaller circular openings is designed for the water bladder / reservoirs with the hose and bite valve.
