Description

This educational model demonstrates the working principle of the Heimlich maneuver, a life-saving first aid technique used to relieve choking. By simulating airway obstruction and abdominal thrusts, the model helps learners understand how the maneuver expels foreign objects from the airway. It is an effective tool for first aid training, emergency response education, and healthcare instruction.

When you put a rubber glove on the orange part, it acts as a diaphragm. When you insert the sphere model from above as a foreign object and press it against the diaphragm you created below, the sphere pops out.
