Suncast Easy Bolt (Part #0480480)

A Suncast Shed Easy Bolt (original part #0480480). This model fits more closely to the original model and snug when using with mounting fixtures.

It also provides a print profile with locking teeth. I've modeled and printed many mounting hardware for the Suncast shed and discovered that other Suncast Easy Bolts have a smooth mating surface. This allows 1) the bolt to work itself free and 2) the bolt/hardware mating surface to have less friction, which results in the mounted object being able to spin easier.

I've been printing these in both PLA and PETG as I've been prototyping the models and have had no issues with the PLA ones in the summer heat and holding tool fixtures. The PLA print profile is a bit more sturdy than the PETG profile just in case.

Normal vs Extended Length

• Normal Size: Copy of the original Suncast bolt. Used for mounting hardware to the threaded hardware mounting holes
• Extended Length: 0.25" longer to account for mounting hardware, like my Suncast Tool Holder, into the holes that are meant for securing wall panels together.

Customizer

You can use the MakerWorld customize tool to set the following dimensions:

• Total Length
• Shoulder Length

Note: When using the MakerWorld customizer, currently MakerWorld doesn't support keeping the Print Profile data. So you will need to reset the print settings from the print profiles provided.
